A perfect short break in an idyllic countryside location
The location was stunning with the most amazing views. It was incredibly peaceful in the evenings with the distant sound of wildlife. Although it isn't a huge property it never felt cramped with my family of five.
I can't think of anything negative to say.

The hosts were great and we had a lovely stay. Thank you
We were moved to Cider cottage as Shippen was double booked. The property was nice and comfy and everything you could need was supplied. The location was great for exploring the local area.
We found the property too close to others and felt a little on top of each other, especially if you’re looking for peace and quiet and not everyone is going for the same reason as you. It was however a very nice place and great for the dogs.

Apart from having to work for the money you pay for a break, it is a lovely location and very peaceful
The location and setting was exactly what were looking for
There was not complimentary anything. We paid to get away for a BREAK and a REST. I being disabled and my daughter pregnant We didn’t expect to have to carry out room service duties of stripping beds which included heavy covers and many pillow cases. Especially when it isn’t a budget holiday. It’s a farm so you expect to see spiders and bugs, but not dead flies on the beds, and dusty spider webs. My daughter carries a UV light which I advise anyone else to do when staying in accommodation, as it shows the lack of hygiene and cleanliness so you can clean or avoid. Thankfully we alway take cleaning products
