    A perfect gem for the Kyoto trip

    It is a well-located place with a wonderful view of the Kamo gawa. The house is well maintained and well equipped. The host is helpful and welcoming. Most of all, it is the cleanest house I ever stayed for the traveling.

    案内はとても親切でした。 チェックイン後は「いかがですか？何かあれば連絡ください」程度のMAILは来ますが、何もなければそれ以上の接触なしなので、気兼ねなく自由に過ごせました。

    Great Japanese accommodation experience

    The scenery of the Duck River is very beautiful, and the nearby transportation is very convenient. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the 24-hour supermarket and subway station.

    Because it is close to the river, there are a lot of insects outdoors in summer. I also killed a big centipede in the toilet. XD

    Beautiful, clean, cosy stay with an exceptional host!

    Super cute, super comfortable accommodation. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy. It was very clean and the host was exceptional! Great location!
