Disappointing - will never visit again

    The restaurant

Room is extremely small and staff was not friendly nor helpful. For this price, i expected much better room and customer service. Even though i informed in advance about celebrating our anniversary, the staff did nothing - no happy anniversary, no note or whatsoever. Kind of disappointing. And when we approached them asking about a nearby tour’s information, the staff originally just said it’s not organised by them. Of course i know its not organised by you. As tourists who do not speak Japanese, i hoped for a more proactive attitude to help resolve the issue. Don't know why it is a Michelin key hotel.

    A wonderful escape

A wonderful hotel with lovely staff and a first class restaurant where Chef Masashi Okamoto works his magic.

    A bit of road noise
