  一晩お世話になるだけだからとあまり気にしない事にしました。

  朝食が充実していました。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。

  洗面所の棚が狭くて何かと用品の多い女性にはとても使い難く感じました。 居室の鏡が洗面所の前の姿見のみ、手鏡もありましたが身支度には使い勝手が芳しくありませんでした。 浴槽の排水が異常に時間がかかり、次の方が気の毒でした。

  Nice!

  Very helpful staff! Good breakfast and clean rooms with a large bathroom!

  Too close to the train rails. Maybe a room in the higher floors would be better? But still a good value hotel with excellent staff!

  Excellent location and staff but uncomfortable and noisy

  The locality to the station made it easy to get to and to continue our journey. The staff were lovely and we appreciated their help with the luggage service so I would rate the staff as great.

  Unfortunately the locality to the train station came with the noise of trains constantly throughout the evening and early morning. We we closer to the station in Kyoto and were completely undisturbed by trains so i can only presume the same sound proofing wasn't in place here. The rooms were also comparatively small making it a bit awkward for two people as you had to climb over each other to get out the bed. The bed was also not particularly comfortable which wasn't good for my bad back and only one soft and one hard pillow is provided for two people as standard.in the room. The breakfast was adequate but we've had a better choice at other hotels on our trip. The scrambled was much runnier than other places and no option for an omelette. The smell of the breakfast also seemed to mingle in the breakfast area which we didn't experience at other places we have stayed. If we stayed in Fukuoka again we would go for a different hotel further back from the station to ensure a more restful sleep and more focus on a more complete breakfast option and better sized rooms. If you don't mind the above then the hotel is well situated for a quick stopover but if you are looking to stay for a few days you can probably find something quieter and with more comfort for a good night's sleep.
