    Ruim appartement op centrale locatie

    Het appartement is gunstig gelegen en ruim (plaats voor 7 slapers ; andere voorzieningen enkel voor het concrete aantal geboekte gasten). Er was mogelijkheid om een ondergrondse parkeerplaats voor de auto bij te huren.

    Het appartement bevond zich op de zesde verdieping. Op het moment van ons verblijf was de lift stuk, waardoor je op de knop buiten moest blijven drukken om ze open te houden. Lastig als je alleen bent en met boodschappen of bagage de lift moet nemen. Wij hebben zo de lift open gehouden voor een oude bewoner die anders met zijn boodschappen niet naar zijn appartement kon. Je kon de lift enkel starten met een token en dat was een beetje een gedoe bij het vertrek, omdat je de sleutels in een sleutelkastje moest achterlaten, en doordat de lift niet lang genoeg openbleef om de nodige handelingen te combineren, was je genoodzaakt om met de trap naar beneden te gaan, of vast te zitten in de lift tot iemand buiten op de knop drukte. Deze verhuurder heeft ook 3% taks extra gerekend op de via Booking.com afgesproken prijs, waarschijnlijk ter recuperatie van zijn servicekosten aan het platform.
