    Charming service, comfortable Japanese accommodation and stunning views of Mt Fuji and Lake Shoji

    Great hospitality, superb views of Mt Fuji and Shoji Lake, a great onsen and large comfortable tatami room. A restaurant with good food was a 5 minute walk away and New Akaike restaurant at the Shoji turn off was excellent for lunch.(25 minute walk)

    Amazing, beautiful and best hotel we’ve stayed in!

    The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, the onsens were so relaxing and created a unique experience. The location of the hotel has by far the best view I’ve ever seen - we had such a clear view of Mt. Fuji, across a beautiful lake and super peaceful. Also the ‘simple’ free breakfast was simply excellent and everything you needed. I would go back here in a heartbeat!
