    Suggest, people only stay there except rainy season.

    All the club building was good. The owner of the Sonar Kutir behaviour was really awesome

    In the building the building cleaner properly clean the stairs Infront of the gate during rainy season conditions was so bad Puri station to destination was tooo long

    Facilities provided in the property and its location is awesome. All the required items for a better stay are provided i.e. gas stove, OTG, RO, Freeze, Chimney, utensils etc.

    1. The room is not maintained properly 2. Rat shit was laying everywhere and rat was roaming on bed 3. The fungus in the bathroom wall was ridiculous. 4. Room was smeling very bad. 5. Blanket was not provided, only blanket cover was available. 6. Bedsheet was not cleaned and proper. 7. Bedsheet was not provided for sofa cum bed. 8. Kitchen Almirah door is broken. 9. Kitchen utensils are in filthy condition. 10. Refrigerator was smeling like dead rat inside. 11. Commode seat protection flap falls on your back, you have to hold it with your hands during use. 12. Handwash is not provided in the bathroom, you have to arrange for it. 13. The room and furniture were full of dust, and needed cleaning. 14. Mattress is very old and need to change. Overall property is very good but badly maintained.
