Unfortunately, our stay didn’t quite meet our expectations, and we left feeling a little disappointed. We had been looking forward to our visit, so it’s a shame that the overall experience wasn’t as enjoyable as we had hoped.

Dinner service: Our food took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive, and two of our group of eight were served only after everyone else had finished eating. This was unacceptable and meant we couldn’t enjoy dinner together. -Food quality: Both dinner and breakfast were disappointing. The food was poor in quality and taste, and the breakfast buffet was particularly underwhelming. -Room cleanliness and presentation: The rooms were not as clean as expected and did not match the photographs advertised, leaving us disappointed with the overall standard of the accommodation. -Privacy: The bath on the balcony had virtually no privacy, leaving guests exposed to the possibility of being seen naked. This was uncomfortable and a significant oversight in the room’s design.

This is much more than a hotel, it is a living farm and a truly unique oasis in Moshi.

The entire property is immersed in greenery, with people tending the land and working on the farm throughout the day. Everything feels genuine, peaceful, and full of life. Once you arrive, you hardly want to leave the grounds. As a Ukrainian, this place touched me deeply because it reminded me of my grandmother’s house in the village, where I spent my childhood summers. It brought back the same feeling of warmth, simplicity, and closeness to the land. You can sense that the owners truly love and care for this place. Such beauty does not appear by itself—it is created through years of hard work, patience, and devotion. I am grateful that the owners decided to share not only their farm, but also their way of life and their story, by building this lovely hotel within it. The food is fresh and organic, and there are so many beautiful places beyond your room where you can relax—the swimming pool, the fireplace, and quiet, romantic corners surrounded by tropical greenery. A special thank-you to Ismail, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He made me feel completely safe and cared for throughout my stay. If you need anything, ask Ismail—he is wonderful. This was not simply a hotel stay, but a warm and memorable experience that I will carry home with me.
