Modern, comfy and clean property in a great location.

Such a lovely, modern and clean space with lots of facilities available. Absolutely loved the pool and garden/bar area, which really added to our stay. The hosts were great too, fab communication prior, during and after the stay and they even left a thoughtful welcome gift for us too, which was such a lovely touch. We used their decoration company (Vijays events) too, where they created a fantastic balloon arch/backdrop area for us which suited our theme perfectly. Brilliant accommodation for groups - we stayed for a hen party and it was perfect for us! Would definitely stay again!

    Nothing - everything was great!

Perfect stay for friends and family!

The house was perfect for what we needed, great indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty activities in the games room as well as the pool.

Hosts extremely helpful. Pool was great. Games options ace. National Trust fields and Ankerwycke Yew a short walk away were cool. Massive TV screen for the big group was ideal for showing photos.

Digital doors and handles a bit tricky/not always easy to close. Annexe bedroom being separate from the house was a mild concern at night for some of the kids. Very fast A-road outside (however well secured from the little ones). Could be more explicit (pre-booking) about no gas provided for the BBQ so guests can pre-plan.
