    Totally frustrating. I made 11 telephone calls during my stay.

    The welcome email giving instructions to collect the parking fob was unclear. It told us the keys were by the mail boxes once inside the gate. It didn't tell you the mailboxes were in an entirely separate building. Once I retrieved the parking fob it was not working. That issue was not resolved the whole time we were there. We had to pay 48 hour parking in a public car park.

    It was little things that were winding me up. First of all the instructions to get the parking fob were unclear. Then the fob didn't work Then the boiler was not working so couldn't shower. This boiler problem was resolved while we were out during the day. Then the bathroom light bulb was out. All silly little things just wound me up. But the accommodation was lovely and clean and comfortable.

    Good stay but could do better with basics

    Size of apartment, nice conversion of an old building

    No lift and lots of stairs, no A/C or opening windows, no wardrobe or cupboard in the second bedroom
