    We a group of 6 really enjoyed our stay.

    The property is conveniently located, with all the necessary amenities nearby. Ryoko maintained excellent communication with us throughout our stay. The property was very clean, well-organised, and comfortable.

    It appears that there may be a blockage in the drainage system, as the water was draining very slowly from one of the basins and the shower cubicle. It may also be worth considering providing an iron in the property for guests’ convenience. Otherwise, the facilities and overall condition of the property were excellent.

    Central and Quaint

    It was very central and close walking distance to Kyoto station. The decorations and neighborhood were quaint.

    It didn't affect or stay, but for reference it seems that the kitchen is not set up to cook full meals. As advertised, the parking is not connected to the property.
