The staff in particular a lady called carrie were excellent and nothing was to much trouble. The pool and sauna were a nice bonus and was only 3 mins away from the hotel by the free golf cart shuttle that you can arrange with reception. We had dinner at the german restaurant that also had some western non german food and it was tasty too. They also had a good selection of wine and was surprised to learn they brewed their own beer which was excellent. We used the hotel as a rest stop before our early morning flight as its only 20 mins by taxi but would stay here again for sure.

Hôtel close to airport
Location close to the airport, convenient for early departures. Also near the Wild Animal Park of Shanghai. The staff was nice and welcoming.
My room was so weird. There was no bathroom door, including for the toilet, think about that if you’re 2 people. The bathroom has windows everywhere even in the shower, despite the frosted glass, pretty sure the people in the opposite building could see me. Big neon sign glowing through there. And one wall was actually just glass between the bedroom and the external corridor with some wallpaper on it. If the light is on in the corridor it’s bright in your room. The picture shows the actual wall vs the glass wall at night, all lights off in the room.

Buen hotel cerca del aeropuerto.
Habitaciones grandes y espaciosas. El personal encantador. Unas pizzas muy buenas en el restaurante.
Olores en el baño. El desayuno a distancia de shuttle por la mañana. No hay restaurantes cerca. El restaurante cierra pronto.
