    Painful!

    Clean comfortable

Requested a handicap accessible room. I have had 4 back surgeries and suffer from chronic back pain. Also just recently had a knee replacement surgery. You put us on the second floor right next to the elevators which would have been great if the elevators had not been down all weekend! Going up and down stairs several times during our stay was very painful and exhausting!
