    Exceptional

    The home was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us.

    The “yard” should be addressed. It was nothing but burned out grass & thatch. Landscaping would make a huge difference in the overall look of the property! Also, the driveway is a nightmare! It would help if the owners moved their golf cart forward so you could turn around & drive forward on the driveway.
