The friendliness of the staff, they were rude. There was no variation for the breakfast, bread was stale and food over cooked, dispute the hotel offering a full external menu for outside customers. The room flooded therefore we moved rooms. No USB/C charging facility in the room dispute this being common in other hotels, cleaning staff left the room untidy and dirty in places. It was obvious this hotel was good previously, however, it has now been left to become a poor experience. Will be raising a complaint to booking agent.

Within walkable distance to promenade and touristic area. The noise from the cars at night was a bit of a let down.
