No hot water, an unbearable sewage smell in the bathroom, and absolutely no customer service.
Cleaning staff was very nice.
Very disappointing stay. No hot water upon arrival, and a strong sewage smell in the bathroom that made it extremely unpleasant. The hotel claims they sent a message about the hot water, but this should be clearly disclosed before guests book, not hidden in a message they may never see. We requested a refund or at least partial compensation, but the hotel refused to offer anything. No hot water, an unpleasant bathroom, and absolutely no consideration for guests. Definitely not recommended.

Our great stay at lisuga hotel
For us it was centrally located to our planned activities the staff was amazing funny and very helpful and beds are very comfortable wifi strong.
Honestly we loved everything about lisuga hotel we had short power outage issue however the owners messaged and apologized and credited us a night without any complaints from us they went above and beyond in every way a hotel should so no things I disliked we will stay again next trip.
