A very decent place to stay
I stayed at SibHotel 3 nights between 29th December 2015 and 1st January 2015. The hotel was very easy to find as it was just off one of the main streets. The rooms are on the 4th floor with no lift. It wasn't a problem for me but for someone with a push chair it can be a concern. The hotel itself is an apartment furnished to high standard with fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi, living room and bedrooms. What really stood out was the staff that looked after the guests: Olya and Lena. They looked after the property and were very helpful with various info like booking taxes. They also cook a great breakfast.

Удобно и не очень дорого. По сути, это переделанная квартира в новом жилом доме с двумя сан.узлами и кухней, в ней несколько раздельных комнат,всё достаточно новое и удобное. Комнаты просторные, на кухне можно комфортно расположиться вчетвером для завтрака или ужина. Хорошее месторасположение, если есть какие-то дела в технопарке Академгородка.
