La mancanza del bidet e dell'ascensore. Consiglio di segnalare che i gradini sono tanti e alti, un anziano avrebbe difficoltà a raggiungere l'appartamento.

Die Wohnung ist unvermietbar bis das Problem mit dem Geruch gelöst wird.
Die Lage ist exzellent. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unvergesslich, einmalig, umwerfend.
- Es gibt in der ganzen Wohnung keine Sitz- oder Liegemöbel die wirklich komfortabel wäre. Entspannen fällt schwer, weil man nirgendwo gut sitzen oder liegen kann. - Der Geruch war schwer zu ertragen. Das Problem ist folgendes: Man erreicht die Wohnung durch einen Treppenhaus OHNE Fenster. Und da die Wohnung im dritten Stock liegt, der Minus wiegt schwer. Das Problem ist nicht dritter Stock, sondern heiße abgestandene Luft. - Das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster das sich nach draußen öffnet. Es gibt ein Fenster, aber es öffnet sich auf das Treppenhaus ohne Fenster, in dem schon Gerüche hängen, sich immer verschlechternd, weil es keine Lüftung gibt. Es ist ermüdend in so einem Schlafzimmer zu schlafen, in Siena, im Sommer. - Als Konsequenz, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann und soll, es stinkt im Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer, die verbunden sind, beide ohne Fenster. Es gibt Klima in der Wohnung, aber die schaft Temperatur zu kontrollieren, den Geruch nur bedingt. Geruch vertreiben ist auch nicht seine Aufgabe. - Die Sauberkeit ist problematisch. Keine Insekten, das muss ich betonnen, aber generell braucht alles wo man sitzt, liegt, womit man sich bedeckt, das gründliche Putzen. - Diese Wohnung wird von den Mietern nicht geliebt, und offensichtlich vernachlässigt. Ich bin traurig. Noch nie, und das ist schon meine dritte Mal in Siena, immer über Booking, habe ich so unkonfortabel gewohnt.

La ubicación, la terraza y limpieza. Cama de la habitación cómoda.
Muchas escaleras para llegar al piso. Sillón cama incómodo. Hervidora sucia. Parasol no funcionaba ni cerraba ni abría. Parking caro.
