I was charged for parking $16.95 ridiculous. We were the only customers there. I never saw a live person only phone communication.

Extremely disappointing stay.

Extremely disappointing stay — unable to sleep and pool was unavailable This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, primarily because of the lack of sleep and extremely poor customer service. First, we discovered after checking in that the pool was unavailable. My wife, toddler daughter, and I had planned to use the pool, and we were already in our swimsuits when we were told it was closed because the filter/heating system needed maintenance. We were told that the pool had reportedly been unavailable for about a month. For a property advertised as a “Swim Club,” I was very disappointed that this was not communicated before booking or at check-in. The much bigger issue was the overnight noise. Shortly after midnight, the neighboring room began playing extremely loud music. The bass was loud enough that our walls were reverberating, and we could clearly hear the music and lyrics from our room. I contacted the front desk and was told they would address it. The noise continued for approximately another 30 minutes before stopping. Unfortunately, the neighbor restarted the extremely loud music around 1:40 AM. I again tried contacting the property, but this time there was no response. I left a voicemail and also sent a text and email. The noise continued until after 4 AM, leaving my wife and me with very little sleep before our drive home with our toddler. The following morning, I repeatedly tried to speak with management. I was told that the manager would contact me, and I left my phone number. I subsequently followed up by phone, text, and email, but I never received a call or response from management. I also escalated the matter to Booking.com. Booking.com subsequently attempted to contact the property regarding the complaint, but I was told the property remained unresponsive. I understand that hotels cannot always control the behavior of individual guests.

The staff was very condescending and rude when I was asking questions. We paid for the pool but it wasn’t working.
