  Ми дуже рекомедуємо. Чудове розташування, відмінна ціна. Ми обовʼязково повернемось сюди ще.

  На території був затишна зона відпочинку. Вихід з нашого номеру був одразу до басейну.

  Ми якось не отримали одразу інформацію про плюси готелю. Наприклад ми не знали що тут є практично все, і вагончик для дітей і зонти і стульчики. А ми тягнули це з собою. Плюс те що тут є пральна машина ми дізнались на 5 день, і це трохи було прикро🤦‍♀️

  Localização e suite.

  Serviço inexistente e ar condicionado que quebrou 2 vezes em 2 dias e não foi consertado. Quase impossível encontrar a recepção. Exterior maltratado.

  Great location, but a very disappointing stay due to poor communication, misleading information, inadequate accommodatio

  Extremely disappointing experience. We requested early check-in through Booking.com the day before arrival and followed up again that morning. When we arrived around 2 PM, we were given different explanations as to why our unit was not available—first that it was being renovated, then that it would be under renovation, and finally, around 4 PM, that the A/C was broken. We were moved to Siesta Key Inn Unit 2C and were told it had the same accommodations, including two bathrooms, which was not the case. We also had no Wi-Fi information despite multiple attempts to contact management, and there was no coffee maker. When we first requested one, we were brought coffee grounds instead, and a coffee maker was only provided on our last day. Management verbally offered us a $100 refund but has still not followed through, and communication after our stay has been very poor.

  We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, and we really appreciated all the beach essentials provided, including umbrellas, tents, and paddle boards. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and parking was very convenient. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Struttura abbandonata dopo un cambio di management

  Appartamento carino e dotato di quasi tutto (mancavano padelle, sapone personale e sapone piatti cha abbiamo comprato noi)

  Struttura che ha cambiato management da poco. Per fare il check-in ho dovuto chiedere a ospiti che ho incontrato (la lobby è in altra struttura a un centinaio di metri). Nonostante fosse garantito l'housekeeping ogni giorno ciò non è avvenuto (il primo giorno no, gli altri giorni dopo 3 richieste in lobby e al telefono e direttamente alla cameriera che ci hanno indicato altri ospiti (in casa vicina!). Piscina abbandonata con rami e sterpaglie ovunque. Pompe e compressori rumorosi ovunque nei vialetti (l'ultimo giorno una rottura ha riversato decine e decine di litri in giro). Un senso di abbandono totale.
