    It's location and views from both bedrooms, lounge and balcony. The fact that there was parking. The flat is tastefully furnished and well-equipped. The balcony is a good size with adequate seating.

    It was great to have parking but it took some getting used to entering and exiting the basement. Bathroom is small which if there is 4 adults could be a challenge.
