    We have stayed in other places at Cowan for similar price in better condition in previous years.

    Location!

    Bathroom in poor condition, sand throughout the bedroom on arrival, pans greasy, light in kitchen flickered and didn't stay, cigarette lighter only to light gas stove top ( we are not smokers), outside table on verandah was dirty with food.

    Our second time staying at Signal Cottage. It's a fantastic place to stay with friends to relax and enjoy the beach just a short walk away. A great place for everyone to enjoy whether you have a large or small group.
