Spacious, clean, super friendly, and good location!
I loved how modern and clean this hotel was! The whole hotel and our room was big and spacious - no outside street noise nor smells of smoke. Wifi was great the entire time. The room was exactly like the pictures and even had a little fridge. Bed was good enough for us and we liked the pillows. We used the gym hotel as well, which was adequately stocked with equipment - it just took a while for the gym aircon to kick in. The pool and sauna facilities looked great too but we didn’t use it during our stay. It is walking distance enough to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter, and never felt that far away. If we were tired from walking, we would just take a taxi back home because it is very affordable. I liked that it was situated on a quieter street, with adequate space on the road to be dropped off by a taxi with our luggage safely, and that the staff were incredibly helpful during check in and during our stay. A special shout out to Peter, Lily and Colin staff members! Peter was especially helpful with great local recommendations and showing great hospitality when we had to only wait 5 mins to check into our room. They were also really responsive in Whatsapp messages to any requests and questions. We felt really comfortable and safe in our hotel, and that we were well looked after. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay in! We would come again.

快適！
Sara様を始め、スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧だった。また部屋も十分な広さで、コンセントやハンガーも充実しており使いやすかった。
シャワーカーテンが長く、外に出して入浴する必要があったが、シャワーが外に漏れてしまい毎日床面が濡れた。
