    Clean Property, but Poor Management and Communication

    We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Overall, the rooms, cleanliness, washrooms, and other facilities were well maintained. However, the main issue was the lack of responsiveness from the management. Even after sending WhatsApp messages or calling to clarify basic details, we often received no response. Breakfast was included in our booking for all three days, but the on-site staff were unaware of the arrangements, location, and timings. For every query, they asked us to contact the manager. Unfortunately, we couldn't avail of the breakfast we had already paid for because there was no clear information or proper guidance. As a result, we missed out on the breakfast, and the money we paid for it went to waste. The staff present at the property did not seem to have sufficient information about the booking arrangements and services provided. My suggestion to future guests: Before making a booking, confirm all the details directly with the manager, including breakfast timings, location, and other included services. Be prepared to call multiple times to get confirmation, as responses may be delayed or unavailable. While the property itself was clean and well maintained, better communication and coordination from the management would have significantly improved our overall experience.
