Good but could be much better with a few improvements (see comments).

Location was marvellous. Flat was comfortable, air conditioning worked and the place was quiet despite being in the very centre of Florence. I stayed for 10 days and asked for sheets and towels to be changed halfway through my stay and it was done without a further charge. Washing machine and dishwasher worked.

Needs more chairs. There is no coffee table in front of the sofa. Very annoying. If you're having coffee or a drink while you watching TV where are you supposed to put it - on the floor? Plates and glasses need to be much better. Crockery is poor. There were literally 3 wine glasses! and 4 water glasses! Not enough!!

    Exceptional

There is no other place with a better location. Very central, check-in on the arrival was very smooth, property was very clean, plenty of space, host is very helpful. Recommending this place to stay.

    none.
