  Owner vindictive. No way WiFi for 6 nights we stayed and we showed the screenshots network not showing and need to typed

  It’s walking distance to Duomo It is big for the two of us but that was in the picture when we booked. With 3 rooms they are renting, there is no reception desk as noted on the booking. But the Street is filthy, hard to enter the main gate. You have to call the number. Elevator you have to enter code using it, code entering the main door and code entering your room Elevator,we only used when checking in and checking out and used the stairs. She claimed we broke the elevator. People got stuck because we overloaded it with 2 suitcases. We did not get stuck so we did not break it. No weight limit noted. Only changed towels and cleaned on the 5th day. Did not changed the mat towel, it’s filthy. Provide 2 shampoos for two people, no body or any.

  Kitchen not fully equipped as claimed, no front desk as noted, breakfast was just pre-packaged croissants, don’t know how old and other pastries. There was one we liked and we asked instead of refilling other pastries if we could get the one we tasted like madeleine but she got upset and said they had been refilling it with what I asked. I told her there was none but don’t worry because we buy our breakfast anyway. Owner vindictive and argumentative taking it personally we told her already on the 5th night and no WiFi. She was furious and never answered my messages especially taking out the hot water and it happened when they cleaned on the 5th night. So paid them with no WiFi for 6 nights and 2 nights with no water.

  Vindictive owner. Take personally about your complaint even sending her documentation/screen shoots that WiFi networ

  Distance to duomo

  Filthy street, hard to enter main gate, elevator, main door and your room. Claimed with the front desk but none . No WiFi for the entire 6 nights no water on the 5th and 6th nights because she got mad. Did not answer our messages on our complaint for hot water until we left.

  Si tratta di una struttura molto bella, ristrutturata di recente, con camere ampie e sistemate con semplicità e grande buon gusto, con tutti i comfort che servono per rendere piacevole la permanenza e con una pulizia impeccabile. Non abbiamo utilizzato la colazione a buffet (che comunque sembrava sufficiente) perché proprio a fianco del B&B c'è una pasticceria meravigliosa. La posizione è ideale, in centro storico e vicinissima a tutti i luoghi strategici della città, raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Insomma, una residenza da consigliare sicuramente!

  Struttura molto accogliente, situata in una posizione ottima (a pochissimi minuti dal Monastero dei Benedettini). Stanza ampia e dotata di tutto il necessario. Host gentilissima e disponibile.
