HOTEL POLICIES: Lost or unreturned keycard will be charged: VND200,000/key. Local strong smell fruits (durian, jackfruit…) and pets are not allowed. NO smoking is prohibited area/non-smoking rooms, violation will be fined at VND5,000,000. Soiled lines due to faeces or unremovable dirt/stain will be applied the compensation based on the valued of linen price list. Visiting hours from 6:00am -10:00pm daily and visitors must register follow the hotel’s regulation. Any additional guests after 10:00pm must follow the hotel’s policy of additional accompany and extra fee. Hotel is not responsible for items lost or misplaced in the guest room. Das Zimmer an sich ist wirklich toll, auch wenn die Umgebung leider wenig zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.
Zimmer mit Aussicht
Die Umgebung des Hotels hat bei mir leider einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Gehwege waren vielerorts kaputt, mit aufgeplatzten und losen Fliesen, die zu echten Stolperfallen wurden. Dazu lagen an vielen Ecken Plastiktüten, Becher und Müllbeutel. Mülleimer habe ich unterwegs kaum gesehen. Stattdessen gab es offene Müllsammelstellen direkt auf dem Fußweg. Menschen saßen am Straßenrand und aßen unmittelbar neben den Müllhaufen. Dieses Straßenbild war für mich sehr bedrückend und bleibt leider in Erinnerung. Weil die Gehwege beschädigt oder versperrt waren, mussten wir häufig auf die Straße ausweichen. Zwischen den vielen Rollern und Autos hatte ich dabei ständig Angst, angefahren zu werden. An einen entspannten Spaziergang war kaum zu denken. Mir ist bewusst, dass das Hotel für diese Zustände nur wenig kann. Trotzdem hat die unmittelbare Umgebung meine Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt. Ich hätte mich mehr Sauberkeit und vor allem sichere Gehwege gewünscht.
