  The location is amazing - it's on the edge of the city centre, everything is in walkable distance, but there is also a bus stop nearby if you prefer that. Beautiful neighbourhood just like every corner in the historical part of the city but far enough from the main sights in order to be more authentic. Shopping opportunities, café nearby. The appartment itself is not huge but well-equipped and clean, brillint for a short term stay for 2 people in my opinion. The host was responsive and helpful, check-in and - out was easy to deal with. The appartment was really silent, no sounds from the street, which was great. Good price-quality ratio. If you don't expect luxury, this accomodation is a good choice.

  There were 2 things which could and should be improved. The bed is simply not comfortable, also a bit small for two normal-sized people. It was OK for me but my wife couldn't sleep well because of the uncomfy mattress. Furthermore one of the seats at the dining table (the one next to the wall) is just not feasible for use.

  La posizione favorevole per raggiungere il centro storico e anche l'ospedale Sant'Orsola, motivo della nostra permanenza a Bologna

  Appartamento troppo piccolo per ospitare tre persone. Spazio davvero sacrificato. Il bagno molto stretto ed angusto. Da segnalare inoltre un odore assolutamente non gradevole all'interno dei locali, che è continuato a persistere nonostante l'apertura delle finestre. Vorrei infine sottolineare la mancanza di attenzione da parte dell' host nel servizio della comunicazione della targa della vettura degli ospiti alle autorità municipali competenti, al fine di evitare il pagamento del ticket della ztl per le sole operazioni di carico/scarico bagagli o, addirittura, persino la multa per il pagamento effettuato subito dopo l'accesso (l'host si è preoccupato solamente di inviare un messaggio all'atto della conferma della prenotazione richiamando l'attenzione sulla necessità di controllare il regolamento della ztl e dei parcheggi); e, ultimo ma non meno importante, offrire la possibilità agli ospiti che soggiornano per motivi legati a visite, cure e/o ricoveri ospedalieri, di non pagare la tassa di soggiorno facendo semplicemente compilare un modulo da comunicare poi all'amministrazione comunale. Di tutto ciò l' host non si è affatto preoccupato. Servizio che, al contrario, abbiamo ricevuto in una successiva struttura ricettiva di Bologna.

  Small, convenient ,clean and comfortable- perfect place for reaching the centre on foot and plenty of small shops and ca

  Quiet despite being quite central- 10-12 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore , good shower, small kitchenette , very comfortable and clean . We were able to drop our bags early and leave them for a bit after checking out which was a big help .
