  Good location, needs some improvements

  The apparment is comfortable and generally clean (except the kitchen utensils).

  I arrived after midnight, the description for finding the keys was not accurate, i had difficulties. The curtains are not blackout, it becomes very light early in the morning. The light and fan in the toilet are working very long after you go out of it. The kitchen area was not very clean. The router was not working, so I had no wifi. The property management was very polite but did not resolve the problem. The bad thing was that I wanted at least to read a book, but there are not night lamps and the light coming from the ceiling was insufficient. Prlactically you can read in the bed.

  Le détecteur des toilettes qui reste longtemps allumé et peut empêcher de se rendormir la nuit. Le manque de rideaux opaque qui fait que la luminosité est forte dès le lever du soleil et empêche une grasse matinée. Mais le plus dur à supporter quand il fait chaud est le manque de climatisation ou d'autre moyen de refroidissement. Le petit ventilateur est inefficace quand les températures sont hautes et impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour le bruit.

  Kann nur abraten

  Die Wohnung ist ganz nett eingerichtet, sonst gibt es nicht viel zu loben.

  Der Reihe nach: Das Video zum Einchecken war nicht verfügbar, ohne den Hinweis einer Passantin hätte ich die Schlüsselbox nie gefunden. Kundenservice von Arbio ist irgendeine Zentrale in einem anderen Land, konnten keine Auskunft geben. In der Wohnung alles nur für eine Person vorbereitet statt für zwei wie bezahlt, außerdem nicht ganz sauber, kein Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche dreckig, Dusche läuft nicht ab. Die Hotline benachrichtigt, daraufhin erhielt ich die Auskunft, dass an dem Tag keiner mehr helfen könnte, sondern erst am nächsten Tag (es war erst 17 Uhr!). Die Wohnung hatte keinen Balkon, wie beschrieben. Am nächsten Tag kam in meiner Abwesenheit ohne Ankündigung jemand in die Wohnung und hat Bettwäsche abgelegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schlecht, man hat alles in Abrede gestellt, was wir angegeben haben. Habe Teilerstattung angefordert, wurde mir auch zugesagt, aber 4 Wochen später noch nichts erhalten.
