    Nice hotel, poor service

    Nice hotel

    Contradictory in room information and poor service from the front of house staff and concierge. The in room information lists a restaurant on site open till 11pm. When I went down to ask about it just after 9pm I was informed it was already closed. I needed help organising transport to the airport, and asked for help the evening before. This was important because due to the local festivities the road outside the hotel was closed and it wasn’t clear how to arrange a pick up by Grab or taxi. I used this hotel because they explicitly advertise an airport transport service. The hotel staff just said their car service was unavailable and they could not help. When I asked them if there was anything they do to help or advise, they simply repeated that their car service was unavailable. Pretty poor. They could have suggested booking Grab and getting it to come to an alternative address and helping me find it with my luggage, but they just outright refused to help. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel, or the brand, again.
