    The price for that quality is just unthinkable in Belgium. Awesome. The staff was very nice, smiling and helpful and helped us with the organization of our trip.

    A good overnight stop before or after the Loop

    I booked a Superior Twin Room. My room was on the 8th floor and unlike some reviewers, I had windows. The room and bathroom are spacious, the bed comfortable (albeit firm but I love a firm bed), clean and quiet. Close by to restaurant.

    The breakfast. I was disappointed that there was no buffet as it was photos of the fab display of food that prompted me to book the hotel. Fair enough if there aren’t enough guests to warrant a buffet but the meal was a 2/5. It took a bit to understand why I couldn’t get a receipt when I paid. Eventually I ascertained they have to check the room to make sure I’ve not stolen towels, the remote, the TV etc and once I passed the honesty test, my receipt was emailed.

    We ended up in this hôtel very late and it was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the bed was confortable. Just unsure on why we had a room without a window when a lot of them had windows with nice views. Breakfast was correct. Would recommend if you need a place to stay for the night in Ha Giang
