    Good location and bed, but completely ruined by a moldy shower and unhelpful management.

    On the positive side, the location and the overall accommodation were good, the check-in process was straightforward and easy, and the bed was very cozy.

    However, I was extremely disappointed to find the shower in the bathroom completely covered in mold. When I raised this serious health and safety concern with the management, they dismissed it as an 'unsatisfactory cleaning standard' and refused any refund, claiming it met their standard overnight stay criteria.

    "But it is an upgrade" - the words from the person who serves us upon our arrival.

    Venue was close to the fields the league tournament was being held. The spa was also a bonus.

    We were quite upset that our room we had originally booked for was given away & we had to have one room one night & another room on another night. Sure the first room was upgraded but we used our gears and then had to repack our gears very early in the morning because we also had to be at the league tournament. We messaged way ahead and had already fully paid our room on time. The person serving us wasn't showing much empathy either. You had our details and could've warned us ahead of time so we could've mentally prepared for that experience but you didn't.

    Location

    The rooms with jacuzzi was so damp that it was impossible to sleep. Staff was requested for extra blankets it was denied and upon request for making the beds they still didn’t do it
