    Personal and cozy and warm atmosphere. My host, Charles, was very welcoming attentive, and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfasts each morning was a multi course sit down home cooked and communal with other guests. The food was divine. There are cottages available. I stayed in a delightful room in the house with a private bathroom with a soaking tub, which was awesome. The door to bedroom had a numeric keypad, I felt very safe all thru my stay. Definitely would love to stay again.

    That my stay had to end.

    I like the unique or character. The breakfast was outstanding. This is definitely a must stay when in Independence.

    The Silver Heart Inn is my new favorite place to meet with friends and family.

    The breakfast was delicious. The coffee and French toast were amazing. The dining room is bright and beautiful. It was fun to visit with Cat, Charles and other guests.

    The smell in the Beach cottage was not pleasant.

    Unique and very desirable. Had an elevator to help with the luggage. Great breakfast!
