    Great location -Limited amenities

    Basic good breakfast. Scones and cookies are very good. Great location very walkable. Friendly staff

    No coffee until 6:30am I am an early riser and no coffee in room. Odd window Ac that conflicts with window shade. You cant pull shade all the way down with AC running. Room (Deluxe King ) is very small. no dresser for clothes. Must use steps for second floor to carry luggage(No elevator ). Limited hours for guest Laundry. Due to weather(rain) I was not able to use the outdoor patios/hot tub
