    Except location and lovely owners with great breakfast

    A great location easily accessible from public and the communication before and during the stay was excellent nu the owners. A great place with lovely owners and breakfast is a treat

    We had a pleasant 3 days at the Guest House.

    It was possible to park the car at the property and then take a bus into Torquay from the stop just outside. A train station was situated across the road. A cooked breakfast was provided each morning in addition to cereals and toast. Our ground floor room had a garden view and was very quiet, with no disturbance from the road.

    I would have liked a starter of grapefruit / fruit salad before the cooked breakfast, but was happy to have a cereal.

    A very enjoyable stay and the hosts were really nice

    The location was good, train station and bus stop within a few minutes The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which means a lot for a good stay
