Close to the area that I come for it.

Everything. Very confusing to get the keys for the apartment and the Garage. The safe place 200 meters from the building and hidden in the wall behind car park in the street. An image sent but I am not familiar with the area. Firstly I thought this is the problem but when I asked few people living there, they didn't know where this image or safe. One man spent 30 min with me looking for the safe and finally found it. The garage remote control and apartment key were inside which wasn't clear in the instruction. Arrived the one room apartment and actually it is not because it is only one room and toilet without anything else, all one unit. I found window opened because there is no AC, the room the we sit and sleep full of insect and really struggled the whole stay. Very hot, sweating all the time, couldn't sleep. Only two small tissues for toilet. I texted in the booking.com the apartment requested fan, but no one care, even with one reply. Really very bad experience specially no help.

Ďakujeme, ubytovanie je veľmi pekné, moderné, so všetkým vybavením, blízko do centra, inštrukcie boli jasné.

Nemáme nič, čo by sa nám nepáčilo.

    Lovely apartment, well kept.

Instructions to find the keys could be clearer. Maybe update the location of the key holder with a. Google Maps link?
