Confortable, spacieux, moderne, plutôt bien équipé.
Très bruyant : Ballon d'eau chaude qui s'active toutes les 2-3h et fait vibrer les murs dans le salon et les chambres (vrombissement), on entend aussi régulièrement les voisins du haut (bruits de pas/chaises, télé). Manque un four micro-onde. Odeur nauséabonde dans le hall d'entrée.
