    Very relaxing.

    Loved the design of the property, the size of the rooms and the views. The children’s playroom was much appreciated as was the huge space for parking three cars.

    Lovely, peaceful rural stay close to Southwold

    large property ideally set out to accommodate our four families including two young children peaceful and well equipped a short drive to Southwold the immediate area was secure for small children the playroom was a bonus as were the additional games and books in the main room The creative coffee table (a pallet on wheels) was a talking piece

    some additional shelving in bathroom would be good, bathroom locks not openable from outside spent most time in the large kitchen which would benefit from a little extra lighting at night had an unfortunate power cut but beyond host's control

    Great location, inside the house was fine, outside areas need improvement

    Great location and very spacious.

    Broken bifold doors in kitchen so could not open making kitchen very hot. Outside deck very old and splintered. Outside tables falling apart. Outside generally not well kept

    Lovely cosy weekend with friends

    We had a fantastic stay with girlfriends. We had a lovely, secluded and cosy winter stay. The shared spaces are great for relaxing. We loved Clogs and Welly!

    The check out instructions are quite detailed for a property of this price (stripping beds etc etc). We couldn't fathom how to use the oven!

    Amazing stay for family memories

    Very central to be able to drive to the beach, pier, pub/restaurants etc. Lovely size property with a good living area and bedrooms
