    Series of issues that have not been addressed.

    Tv was smashed, windows were mouldy and would not shut causing wind to whistle around the apartment, the photos on line were not a true representation of the property and some photos clearly not of this apartment. The kick boards in kitchen were damaged. We made a complaint whilst there, which was addressed. My subsequent complaint has been Ignored therefore I’ve escalated through to booking.com and raised a payment dispute with the bank along with all the evidence.

    Great location, we had a good time but the accommodation was poor and expensive.

    Property was run down. Entrance from the communial stairs was disgusting. No toilet in the bathroom (separate toilet) and toilet did not have a sink!
