    Paid €600 including €45 drink in bar for one night stay. stay in 4 star hotel

    Location close to La Scala

    Room door broken and not properly locking , told receptionist who said normally room security is not a problem ! Room wall paper peeling, rotten wood door frame in bathroom, hair residue in bath tub, rude barman who also ignored my wife ‘s order, I noticed after I paid bill at checkout that €26 discretionary service charge for a one night stay was added to my bill which was not drawn to my attention - unacceptable. Do not stay in Sina Group hotels- rating should be 3 star at best.

    Zelo prijetno bivanje v središču mesta.

    Zelo prijeten hotel v središču mesta, le nekaj minut hoje do opere in katedrale. Osebje zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo. Za nas so poklicali taksi in nam rezervirali mizo v restavraciji. Sobe so lepo opremljene, postelje udobne. Velika izbira pri zajtrku. Všeč mi je bila tudi restavracija Il Vizio v sklopu hotela.
