    Please avoid singita

The front desk people, and location

Very disappointed by the rooms, We took a family connected rooms on the 7 floors, the fridge, the shower and the toilet wasn t working properly, the wood floor was broken, humidity on the wall, dirty wall shower and dirty walls, first time of my life I leave a message to say. Please avoid, to expensive for what you get, and we booked a 9 place limousine, and did the way in front next to the driver, with no seat belt, ne legs place, and very hard seat. For a limousine this is terrible. Please avoid manh kien transport.

    Cosy and great location.

Needed a single night in Hanoi round the corner from the hotel we’d booked for the rest of the week. Really appreciated the 24h check-in. We arrived late and there was no problem at all.
