    This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The staff were lovely and try their best to make you feel welcome however the condition of the rooms is quite poor. The bathrooms in particular are mouldy and difficult to use as the entire floor gets wet so you have to dress in the bedroom. We had a connecting room, 1 bed was very comfortable but the other was rock hard. Location was great though, walking distance from night market and lake but still surprisingly quiet.

    Very nice hotel in a pretty area of town traffic is the worst of any place we went to hanoi has to do something with those scooters running and parking everywhere the only thing i absolutely hate there
