Cela aurait put être un très bon séjour. Si il n’y avait pas eu un dégât des eaux.

Gute Lage, ungenügender Service.
Die Lage war sehr zentral und ausgezeichnet, ganz in der Nähe der Plaza de la Virgen gelegen. Die Wohnung war bei der Übernahme sauber gereinigt.
Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte nicht, zu der vereinbarten Zeit war niemand anwesend. Die Wohnung war kalt, finster und in einem Bad stank es nach Kanalisation. Eine Lösung diesbezüglich fand von der Verwaltung nicht statt. Die Küche war für ungenügend ausgestattet, die Stühle wackelten, die Polster des Sofas stanken und wurden wahrscheinlich schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt (oder gar nie). Das von uns entrichtete Depot von 400 Euro wurde uns bis heute nicht zurückerstattet (weshalb ist uns unklar). Unsere Anfrage diesbezüglich wurde nicht beantwortet.
