    The location was great, the staff were kind and helpful. If you are looking for a full ryokan experience, you can enjoy it here.

    The private onsen is small, and quite expensive to use in comparison to other ryokans we have used in Japan.The water wasn't as hot as the water in the shared onsen. The futons are thin so if you have the chance to double them up, I would recommend doing so.

    Ambiente tradicional

    El ambiente tradicional es estupendo. La habitación sencilla era amplia y el personal maravilloso.

    Los futones no eran nada cómodos, un poco antiguos quizás. Pero igual también influye el qué no estamos acostumbrados a dormir en ellos.

    Le personnel très sympathique, mention spéciale pour le nouvel employé d'origine française qui nous a énormément facilité la communication. Onsen de l'hôtel très agréable Chambre spacieuse. Personnel désireux d'aider (ils nous ont déposé en voiture à la laverie quand il pleuvait)

    Pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur donc pas de bonne aération dans la chambre. Le frigo était rempli de bouteilles à acheter, on aurait préféré un frigo vide pour l'utiliser.
