    Given the chance to return, I would stay elsewhere.

    The pool was great and the backyard was set up nice. The inside was modern, clean with comfortable furniture. Access to downtown was convenient.

    Although the pictures advertising the property provide an appealing draw, the pictures do not show you the neighborhood. After having accessed the property we became aware we were in the middle of a gang riddled neighborhood, primarily a Blood neighborhood. There are maybe 3 nice houses that are being remodeled in the neighborhood, the rest have cars parked on the dead grass and debris all around. The garage was converted into a master bedroom, meaning your vehicles will be parked unsecured in the Palm Springs heat. While we did not have any problems directly related to this issue, it does not make one feel secure considering the neighborhood. Additionally, the outlets were not secured well in the room with the bunkbeds, where most people would place their children. The handles on the refrigerator were loose. The only concern I had there was that at some point we may be held responsible for them having been loosened. I took pictures just to protect us.

    Comfortable place - we had a fun stay.

    Pool was nice and clean. Overall property was clean. Good location in a quiet neighborhood.

    Cooling from the air conditioning was not very good. Kitchen stuff needs some attention from the owner.
