    Do not stay here. Needs major update

    The location was close to major shopping centre, market and waterfront restaurants.

    The property needs major update; broken toilet seat, stiff and awkward shower door, unbearable sewage smell, 1 out 2 bathrooms functional, issues with washing machine. No coffee maker or kettle; expected to boil water in old and dirty pots! Dirty sponge left for washing dishes. No dish towels in kitchen. When we complained we were told it’s a self catering apartment and coffee maker, kettle and sponges are not included! Had to complain to Customer Service at booking.com to get clean pots and a sponge. Had to buy our own toilet paper! Very unsatisfactory. Absolutely not recommended.

    How did this get 4 star? max 3 star but badly needs maintained.

    Location was excellent

    Maintenance badly needed. Outside entry dirty dog urine smell, foyer wall light hanging off wall, elevator not working, 28 steps to climbe, bathroom sewer smell, shower grout filthy gone brown,kitchen sink rusty, needs new mattress, floor tile grout missing, timber bed base corner chipped caused us leg scraped and bleeding, alarm in kitchen went off every 2 hours and had to disconnect it, toilet seat needs replacing.
