La disponibilità del parcheggio
A Siracusa ad Agosto fa un caldo atroce; avere due di tre camere da letto senza aria climatizzata non è per nulla piacevole... Quando ho contattato la struttura per chiedere chiarimenti, loro si sono limitati a dire che se avessi chiesto dettagli prima di prenotare, loro avrebbero specificato l'assenza di aria climatizzata in 2 delle 3 camere da letto... Siamo stati quindi costretti a dormire con tutte le porte delle camere da letto aperte per far circolare un po l'aria climatizzata. Francamente è la prima volta che mi è capitato di leggere in un annuncio la presenza di climatizzatori in generale e poi di non trovarli dove necessario. Non la consiglio come struttura principalmente per questo che in estate è un problema.

Spacious apartment close to Ortigia. Supermarkets available nearby. Parking available
Air conditioning is available only in the living room and one bedroom, while the other two bedrooms have no AC. There were also issues with the hot water in the shower. Overall, the property would benefit from better maintenance.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr freundliche Gastgeber
Die Wohnung liegt nur durch eine Straße und einen breiteren Grünstreifen vom Meer getrennt. Zum morgendlichen Joggen ideal! Am Meer gibt es einen mehrere Km langen asphaltierten Fahrrad-/Spazierweg. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, bietet einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz, und ist selbst sehr ruhig. Die anderen Bewohner haben wir zwar manchmal gesehen, aber nicht gehört. Die davor vorbeiführende Straße ist keine Hauptverkehrsader, aber natürlich trotzdem nicht ganz leise. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es ist alles da, was man so braucht.
