A lively & bustling roost with great shopping & entertainment and a freezing cold private pool & With a big NO to room service!

Not worth the price they charge
The service is slow and on a couple of occasions required multiple follow ups to get things done like getting the bathroom cleaned, getting water, towels etc. One of the USP’s of this resort is supposedly the private jacuzzi every villa has. Ours didn’t work as it leaked water. This issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. Why these checks are not carried out prior to guests checking in is beyond me. The food in the restaurant is not that great and isn’t value for money.
