    Très bel appartement confortable

    Très bel appartement avec une belle terrasse et une cuisine tout équipée! Les chambres sont très belles, c’est calme et le grand lit est extrêmement confortable, on a très bien dormi. La piscine est immense ce qui est chouette quand il fait beau ! Le parking est accessible via l’appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Merci encore à Divinia pour l’accueil et à Liliana une hôte très réactive et agréable

    Great Disappointment

    Our experience at Sissi Boutique was very disappointing. On the first day of our trip, my daughter broke her leg. Although I informed the host of her mobility limitations and was told there were some stairs in the apartment, we only realised upon arrival how extensive the stairs leading to the living room were and that the apartment was unsuitable for our situation. After explaining the circumstances, the host told us we could leave that day, which we understood as an agreement to cancel our stay. We left just 20 minutes after arriving and expected a reasonable solution under these exceptional circumstances. Despite offering to pay for the first night, the host refused to refund the remaining nights, showing a disappointing lack of flexibility and understanding during an already difficult situation.

    The experience we had. BTW please note that there is no A/C in the flat and that Tenerife can get very hot!

    Wir können das Apartment in jeder Hinsicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen

    Schon vor dem Eintreffen hat sich Liliana als perfekte Gastgeberin präsentiert; auch von Dawina wurden wir bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen. Selbst Sonderwünsche wurden von beiden gerne berücksichtigt. Wir haben uns im Apartment von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Auch der schöne und große Balkon ist ein Pluspunkt - genau wie die Lage, optimal um die Insel zu erkunden. Direkt unter dem Apartment befindet sich der große Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage. Wir haben jedoch immer vor dem Haus geparkt, weil es für uns ohne das Bedienen der Tore ein wenig schneller und angenehmer war.

    Unos días estupendos

    La terraza y que tenias parking en el propio apartamento. La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable. La anfitriona estuvo en todo momento pendiente por si necesibamos algo.

    Que al ser tres pisos había muchas escaleras
