Overall it was ok.
Location and accessibility
Entrance to pool was paid and didn't get gym access. I had to pay 150 pesso to enter to the pool

The host was really kind and very helpful Room was great and location Dislikes security trying to arrange to have visitors is a painful process absolutely ridiculous But none of this is the hosts fault it is shore residence policy which is crazy I just wish I was informed of this beforehand

Terrified attitude by the security treat a unexpected guest like a terrorist
Actually I’m so disappointed in this place I will never use it again as my girlfriend came over at 3am she had proper id and I had a paid room for two she was interrogated like a criminal by 4 guards who were doing nothing, this is my first time in the Philippines I have been put through this kind of harassment I’ve been here 16 times in different establishments, you should be ashamed of your company for what you put me and my girlfriend through eventually with help of a staff member she got into our room 2 hours later I’m disappointed the way we were treated like she was a criminal, unexpected circumstances should be dealt with at the guests own intelligence, as I’m a security guard back home, we deal with circumstances but it’s my own judgment how we proceed, and in this case she should have been aloud to come and sleep, as it was 3am and she was traveling from Cebu without sleeping in 24 hours you should be ashamed, and if it’s company policy to wait till 9am then it needs to be seen to as the guard on duty should call the shots, not a admin in a office that doesn’t open till 9am unforeseen circumstances need a bit of leeway Thomas McArthur On Wed, 12 Feb 2025 at 11:09, Sithonia Suite, Shore Residences Tower C near MOA via Booking.com <noreply@booking.com> wrote: Confirmation number: 4977327622 You just got a new message from Sithonia Suite, Shore Residences Tower C near MOA Here's what they had to say: Hello sir good morning, regarding with your guests authorization letter I need to submit it first to the office for approaval po.
